TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This website is owned and operated by NEIA LTD. 

1.2 Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They apply when you buy any goods via this site. (There are separate terms which apply to your use of our site.) Please print or save these terms for future use as we will not keep a file copy specifically for the transaction with you and we cannot guarantee that they will remain accessible on our website in future. These terms and conditions are available in the English language only. 

1.3 Where we refer to “Consumer” below we mean an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that person’s trade, business, craft or profession. 

1.4 We are legally required to remind Consumers that we are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract. Furthermore, nothing below affects Consumers’ legal rights in relation to goods that are not in conformity with the contract, whether because they are faulty, not as described or otherwise. 

  1. RETURN POLICY

2.1 This website does accept returns if products are un-used/faulty. Due to the health & safety and hygiene of some of our products these cannot (please note we cannot cover your return postage fee this will be down to you the “Consumer”). We are happy to communicate more with you the “Consumer” by emailing our customer support team at hi@neia.online. 

2.2 If your product is un-used or faulty and you need to return it in the correct time frame please email our support team at hi@neia.online and we will give you all the correct instructions on how to do so.

  1. KLARNA

3.1 In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna: 

  •     Pay later.

4. DELIVERY 

4.1 We run all our deliveries via ‘APC’ which are sent on a Next Day service (excluding weekends). You will receive a tracking number from us which will be sent you on email which you can track on the APC website. 

4.2 Please note NEIA LTD cannot refund parcels when the customer has entered their address incorrectly, this is down to the customer not the supplier and the customer will have to contact APC to track their parcel. 

4.3 Any delays in  delivery times are down to the carrier not us but we can always help and support finding/tracking your order by emailing us at hi@neia.online.

  1. RISK

5.1 Risk of damage or loss to the goods passes to you on delivery to you or to somebody identified by you to take possession of the goods. 

5.2 If item has been signed for by someone on your delivery address this is down to the “Consumer” and not the “supplier”
